We’re updating our BruinCard system in order to provide the UCLA community with more reliable service. Spring Break was selected as an update period in order to minimize cardholder and department impacts. If you will be on campus during the Scheduled Interruption, please take note of the unavailable BruinCard features and services below. (Door and building access are expected to remain functional.)
- BruinCard Account Purchases: BruinCard account transactions (Easy Pay, Food Only, Athletics, etc.) will not be available at most on campus and all off campus merchant locations. These include, but are not limited to, some dining facilities, vending machines, printing, and laundry.
- BruinCard Production: BruinCards (including healthcare badges) cannot be printed during the Scheduled Interruption.
- BruinCard Online Services: You will not be able to make deposits online, access your E-account, freeze your card, update your PIN, or submit any form until the Scheduled Interruption is over.
- PHIL Machines: You will not be able to check your balance, purchase a visitor card, or make a deposit on BruinCard PHIL machines.
BruinCard will be available on call for emergency technical support during the entirety of the Scheduled Interruption at (310) 825-2336.
