BruinCard Distribution

BruinCard Center Operations:

The BruinCard Center is operating at a satellite location at 1121 Murphy Hall. Select card production is by appointment only. Please review the information below to determine if you should request an appointment for your BruinCard.

Fall 2021 BruinCard Distribution:

BruinCard distribution for incoming Fall 2021 students has not yet been determined and we cannot provide appointments for this population at this time. In the event that cards are mailed, please make sure that your permanent address on MyUCLA is up-to-date, under the Settings feature, and that you submit your BruinCard photo under the Submit Photo page of bruincard.ucla.edu. If you are a new student who was previously issued a BruinCard due to a different affiliation with the University, and your previous card has been unused for one year or more, your card will be considered a first-time BruinCard.

Card Pick-Up Appointments:

Card pick-up appointments for first-time, replacement or exchange BruinCards are only provided to individuals who demonstrate an immediate need of their BruinCard for on-campus activity. This may include dorm and campus building door access, timekeeping and point of sale transactions. Please describe your immediate need for a BruinCard in your appointment request.

If you require an appointment, please Ask BruinCard at bruincard.ucla.edu and select Cardholder to begin the scheduling process. Please provide your nine-digit university identification number and justification for use of the BruinCard. A BruinCard staff member will verify your information and begin scheduling your appointment. Please note that limited appointments are only available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

For first-time cards, please submit your photo using the Submit Photo portal at bruincard.ucla.edu prior to requesting an appointment. Replacement/Exchange BruinCards are not required to resubmit a photo.
