New Undergraduate Bruins Living in On-Campus Housing:

In order to have your card printed and distributed during the Housing check-in process when you move in, you must have an approved BruinCard photo on file by August 27, 2021.

If you do not have an approved photo on file by the deadline, you may still be able to receive your BruinCard during move-in week. However, you will need to visit the BruinCard Center at 123 Kerckhoff Hall from 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., September 15-19 and wait to have your card printed.

If you cannot receive your BruinCard during this window, please review the September Office Hours to determine if another walk-in service can accommodate you, or schedule a BruinCard appointment after September 27.

Other New Bruins:

The BruinCard Center will host services at 123 Kerckhoff Hall from 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, September 15 through Sunday, September 19 in order to facilitate the distribution of new student BruinCards.

To have your new student BruinCard pre-printed for streamlined card pickup during move-in week, you must have submitted an approved BruinCard photo by August 27, 2021 and created a Move-In Week BruinCard Appointment to pick up your card. An email with a Move-In Week Appointment link was distributed to populations eligible for streamlined pre-printing.

If you do not have an approved photo on file by the deadline and make an appointment using the email link, you may still be able to receive your BruinCard during move-in week via walk-in service. However, you will need to visit the BruinCard Center at 123 Kerckhoff Hall from 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., September 15-19 and wait to have your card printed.

If you cannot receive your BruinCard during this window, please review the September Office Hours to determine if another walk-in service can accommodate you, or schedule a BruinCard appointment after September 27.
