BruinCard Appointments

Both appointment and walk-in services are available from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at 123 Kerckhoff Hall, Monday through Friday. We strongly recommend scheduling an appointment in order to designate a service time and improve the efficiency of your office visit. Please review the information below to request a BruinCard appointment.

Pick-Up Appointment Requirements

• Be an active University member
• Have an approved BruinCard photo on file (first-time cardholders use the Submit Photo tab)
• Have sufficient BruinCard Easy Pay funds if applicable (replacement cost is $25.00, exchange is $5.00, and first-time is free). You may also pay with a credit/debit card in person.

If you do not meet these requirements your appointment may be cancelled by a BruinCard staff member.
