Carding Procedures Summer-Fall 2020

BruinCard Center Operations:

The BruinCard Center is operating at a satellite location at this time. Select card production is by appointment only. Please review the information below to determine if you need to request an appointment for your BruinCard or if it will be mailed to you. If you require an appointment, please Ask BruinCard at bruincard.ucla.edu. Please note that limited appointments are only available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

First-Time BruinCards

First-time BruinCards for incoming students for fall 2020 will be mailed to the official address on file with UCLA prior to the beginning of the term. Please make sure that your information on MyUCLA is up-to-date, under the Settings feature, and that you submit your BruinCard photo under the Submit Photo page of bruincard.ucla.edu. If you are a new student who was previously issued a BruinCard due to a different affiliation with the University, and your previous card has been unused for one year or more, your card will be considered a first-time BruinCard.

If your BruinCard will be mailed to you, please Verify Mailed BruinCard at bruincard.ucla.edu when you receive the card. You do not need to complete this step if you received your card via a different method.

If you did not receive your BruinCard in the mail because you missed the photo submission deadline, please submit your photo as soon as possible at bruincard.ucla.edu. You may need to make an appointment to process your BruinCard after September 15.

Replacement/Exchange Cards

Replacement/Exchange BruinCards will be processed by appointment only. If you require an appointment, please Ask BruinCard at bruincard.ucla.edu. Please note that limited appointments are only available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. You may be better served if you are able to wait until you return to campus to schedule your appointment. You do not need to submit a photo for replacing/exchanging your BruinCard.
